Is a genre of photography that may involve the documentation of an area's landscape, people, cultures, customs, and history. On foot, by car or plane, the desire to travel is in all of us. MY TRAVELING BOX
My Traveling Box is an itinerant portrait project created with a handmade à la minuta camera, where each image is exposed, developed, and fixed inside the box through a fully manual process. The approach relies on direct encounters, slow time, and the physicality of analogue photography, resulting in unique portraits that reflect the connection between photographer, subject, and place. |
